There are no special fares for passengers with a disability travelling on TGV; they travel at the regular fares.
Travelling with a wheelchair or mobility scooter
The maximum dimensions of a non-folding wheelchair (electric or otherwise) or mobility scooter are: 120 x 70 cm (l x w).
You can reserve a special wheelchair space.
You pay the price of a second-class ticket, even if the wheelchair space is in first class.
The seats around the wheelchair spaces remain free for the companions. This means it is not possible/necessary to reserve specific companion seats.
If you are able to move to a regular seat, you can choose to reserve a regular seat.
In that case, your wheelchair must be folded up and meet the set luggage rules.
A small wheelchair, known as a 'transfer wheelchair', is available from the train manager on request. You can use this wheelchair to visit the toilet, if you are unable to reach it independently.
You are able to walk short distances.
You can sit on a regular seat.
Travelling with a registered assistance dog
Guide dogs and other assistance dogs travel for free, without a ticket. A muzzle is not required.
Assistance dogs are allowed in the bar coach.

In the case of a different impairment the choice of comfort class is free.
The price of the Companion fare is the same for 1st and 2nd class.
You can request assistance with getting on and off the train from NS Travel Assistance.
Requests for assistance during an international journey should be submitted at least 24 hours before departure of the train.
