Eurostar to Belgium/France » Facilities on board

As of sales date 23 April 2024 and for travel dates from 4 November 2024, the new comfort class names are Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus and Eurostar Premier.
 
Conditions
  • There are three classes in Eurostar to Belgium/France:
    • Standard / Eurostar Standard (2nd class)
    • Comfort / Eurostar Plus (1st class)
    • Premium / Eurostar Premier (1st class with a extra facilities)
  • You have various facilities available to you, depending on the class you are seated in.
  • The type of seat is assigned by Eurostar based on the number of passengers and class. You can see which seat is booked on the seat map in the attachment. 
 
Services in the three classes
Standard / Eurostar Standard
  • Seat in Comfort 2
  • Duo seats (2 seats side by side)
  • Carré (4 seats around a table)
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Power socket at each seat
  • For instance, see coach 6, 7 or 8 on the plan
 
Comfort / Eurostar Plus
  • Seat in Comfort 1
    • Coach 3, 13 or 23 on weekdays, coach 2, 12 or 22 and 3, 13 or 23 during weekends (see the seat map in the attachment)
  • Solo seats (individual seats)
  • Duo seats (2 seats side by side)
  • Club Duo (2 seats facing each other with a table in between)
  • Club Four (4 seats around a table)
  • Free Wi-Fi+ (faster connection and more data than in Standard / Eurostar Standard)
  • Power socket at each seat
  • Wider seats and more leg room than in Standard / Eurostar Standard
  • Access to NS International Lounges
 
Premium / Eurostar Premier
  • Seat in Comfort 1
    • Coach 1, 11 or 21 and 2, 12 or 22 on weekdays, coach 1, 11 or 21 during weekends.
  • The seats are identical to Comfort / Eurostar Plus
  • Free Wi-Fi+.
  • Power socket at each seat.
  • Wider seats and more leg room than in Standard / Eurostar Standard.
  • Meal or snack at the seat included.
  • International newspapers and magazines available (press kiosk).
  • Taxi-reservation service (on board Eurostar by train manager) for Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam.
    • Please note: The costs of the taxi journey is not included in the train ticket.
  • Access to lounges at all stopping stations.
  • Separate (and faster) queue at the check-in gates.
  • Two wheelchair spaces in coach 1, 11 or 21.
 
Meals
  • You receive a meal, snack and/or drink (depending on the train's departure time) if travelling in Premium / Eurostar Premier class.
  • On journeys under 50 minutes you do not receive a meal/snack, only a drink.
  • If the journey is international and longer than 50 minutes, you receive the following meals:

 Vegetarian meals are available while stocks last.
 Special dietary requirements are not possible.
 See the attachment with the timetable stating precisely which courses are served for each train. Catering is divided into two   sections:  Amsterdam ⇔ Brussels & Brussels ⇔ Paris. Example: TH 9340 departs at 11.17 a.m. from Amsterdam and starts with a snack. Lunch comes aboard in Brussels, and this is served from 1.13 p.m.

 

 

Wi-Fi
  • Free Wi-Fi in Standard / Eurostar Standard, Comfort / Eurostar Plus and Premium / Eurostar Premier.
  • 3G/4G network, subject to technical availability.
  • Creating an account is no longer necessary. Go to EurostarTrainsWifI and click on the Wi-Fi connection button.
 
Baby-changing facilities
  • There are baby-changing facilities between coach 6, 16 or 26 and 7, 17 or 27 (see the seat map in the attachment).
 
Bar coach
  • The bar coach is in coach 4, 14 or 24 (see the seat map in the attachment)
  • Simple meals, snacks and drinks are available in this coach at a charge.
  • Tickets for public transport in Brussels/Paris/Cologne can be purchased subject to availability.
  • Metro tickets to Marne-la-Vallée can only be purchased between Amsterdam and Paris subject to availability.
  • Payment is possible by cash, debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
 
Wheelchair spaces
  • Two wheelchair spaces in coach 1, 11 or 21 in Premium / Eurostar Premier.
  • These coaches are also equipped with wheelchair-accessible toilets.
  • Reduced fare for the wheelchair user and one accompanying passenger.
