As of sales date 23 April 2024 and for travel dates from 4 November 2024, the new comfort class names are Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus and Eurostar Premier.
 
Services
  • There are three classes on Eurostar to London: Standard / Eurostar Standard (second class), Standard Premier / Eurostar Plus (first class) and Business Premier / Eurostar Premier (first class with extra facilities).
  • You have various facilities available to you, depending on which class you are in.
  • An upgrade on board from Standard / Eurostar Standard to Standard Premier / Eurostar Plus is possible, subject to availability, for an additional charge of € 45 per person.
 
Standard / Eurostar Standard
  • Second Class
  • Double seats (two seats next to each other).
  • Table seats (four seats around a table).
  • UK and European power sockets in all coaches. In the new coaches available at all seats.
 
Standard Premier / Eurostar Plus
  • First Class
  • Meal served at your seat. This is included in the ticket.
  • Double seats (two seats next to each other).
  • Club 2 (two seats opposite each other with a table)
  • Table seats (four seats around a table).
  • UK and European power socket at all seats. (In the new coaches with USB-socket).
  • Adjustable back rest
  • Spacious seat
  • Newspapers and magazines available
  • Access to the NS International - Regus Express Lounge at Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol Airport or Rotterdam Centraal.
 
Business Premier / Eurostar Premier
  • First Class
  • Three-course menu served at your seat. This is included in the ticket
  • Welcome drink included
  • Separate check-in desk
  • Check-in possible up to 20 minutes prior to departure
  • Passengers in Standard (Premier) must have checked in half an hour prior to departure.
  • Access to Business Premier Lounge at Brussels Midi, Paris-Nord and London St. Pancras stations.
  • Access to the NS International - Regus Express Lounge at Amsterdam Centraal, Schiphol Airport or Rotterdam Centraal.
  • Double seats (two seats next to each other).
  • Club 2 (two seats opposite each other with a table)
  • Table seats (four seats around a table).
  • Newspapers and magazines available

Priority seats
  • Seats that Eurostar fills last, if necessary, so that Trainmanagers can assign these seats to someone with reduced mobility or to someone who is pregnant.
  • Sometimes these seats can be booked, but it is not possible to select them as a preference.

Travelling Standard Premier / Eurostar Plus or Business Premier / Eurostar Premier and having specific dietary preferences? The following dietary requirements can be requested:

To choose your meal, log in to Manage Booking on Eurostar.com. Dietary requirements can be requested up to 48 hours prior to departure. 
  
Champagne
  • Special occasion? You can order a bottle of champagne (75 cl for € 60) for the journey.
    • To do so, please call + 44 (0)3432 186 186 at least 36 hours before  departure.
    • The bottle plus glasses are served at your seat.
 
Wi-Fi
  • Currently available on board the new and upgraded Eurostar trains. 
    • On the train, select EurostarTrainsWifi and then log in at register.onboard.eurostar.com
  • Free Wi-Fi is also available at the Business Premier / Eurostar Premier Lounges and at the London Eurostar stations.
 
Entertainment channel
  • Stream films and television programmes on board for free to your smartphone, tablet or laptop. You do not require Wi-Fi for this.
 
Bar coach (Café Métropole)
  • Bar coach on board where drinks and snacks are available.
  • The offering varies by season, with hearty soups in winter and light salads in spring.
  • Alcohol is available, but safety is top priority. So, drink in moderation. Eurostar has the right to ask passengers to leave the trains if they behave in an antisocial way.
  • Payment is by creditcard (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro International, Amex and Delta)
  • The following are also on sale in the bar coach: the Oyster Card (a chip card for public transport in London) and tickets for public transport in Brussels
    • Although baby food is not sold, you can have bottles and baby food that you brought with you heated up. 
 
Baby-changing facilities
  • Toilets with baby-changing facilities are located in coach 1 and 18.
 
Wheelchair spaces
  • There are two wheelchair spaces on board, in coach 9 or 10 in Standard Premier / Eurostar Plus or Business Premier / Eurostar Premier
  • There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet near the wheelchair space.
