Luggage
In Eurostar Snow there are extra luggage spaces in the coaches 6 or 16, 7 or 17 and 8 or 18 for storing skis and other wintersport items.
Eurostar has employed special staff (Ski hosts) to assist passengers in loading and unloading luggage. The Ski hosts travel the entire route and help at each station.
Eurostar Snow trains also have a special luggage coach at the front of the train.
This luggage coach is only accessible to luggage of passengers travelling from the Eurostar Snow departure to destination stations.
The luggage coach is loaded at Amsterdam Centraal and Brussel-Zuid/Midi on the outward journey and in Bourg-Saint-Maurice on the return journey. The coach is not accessible at other stations.
Passengers wishing to stow their luggage in this coach must be present half an hour prior to departure.
Each passenger may take the following on board:
two items of regular luggage such as a suitcase, travel bag, cooler or trolley with a maximum size of 75 x 53 x 30 cm and 1 item of hand luggage
or:
one item of oversized luggage (such as skis or a snowboard), one item of regular luggage with a maximum size of 75 x 53 x 30 cm and one item of hand luggage (smaller bags).
