Can I go through the gates more than once with my KeyCard?
A KeyCard allows you to open the gates for:
a possible return journey
breaking your journey
entering or leaving a station, for example to get something from a luggage locker.
If the gates no longer open after you have been through them more than once, go to the information pillar and press the blue button. The member of staff you speak to will be happy to help you. You can also ask a member of the service staff at the station.
