I want to cancel the outward or return journey of my round trip. Can I do this on NSInternational.nl?

Whether you can do this depends, among other things, on the terms and conditions and the point of sale where you made your booking:
  • Did you book your ticket at NS International.nl or with Customer Service?
    • Then you can cancel online via Manage your bookings when you have a Mobile or Homeprint ticket. When you cancel online, your booking will be cancelled on the basis of the fare conditions.
  • Did you book your ticket at the NS International desk in a Service Shop?
    • Then you have to cancel your outward or return journey at the original point of sale.
  • For cancelling part of your journey in all other cases, call Customer Service on +31 30 2300023.
