No, you cannot. Buying train tickets involves an agreement of passenger transport, which means that the right of revocation for remote purchasing is excluded. See also NS International's General Terms and Conditions.
Cancelling train tickets is only possible when the Terms and conditions that apply to your ticket allow you to do so.
