Can I exchange or cancel a ticket or reservation after booking?
Exchanging the date and/or departure time or cancelling your train tickets is only possible if the Terms and conditions allow it.
Flexible fares do not have any or have less cancellation or exchange fees than a non-flexible fare. Non-flexible fares cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
