Can I exchange or cancel a ticket or reservation after booking?

Please note: if you want to exchange or cancel your tickets because of a calamity such as a strike, please call NS International Customer service on +31 30 2300023.

 

  • Exchanging the date and/or departure time or cancelling your train tickets is only possible if the Terms and conditions allow it.
    • Flexible fares do not have any or have less cancellation or exchange fees than a non-flexible fare. Non-flexible fares cannot be cancelled or exchanged. 
  • The terms and conditions for the booking you made can be found when you log into My NSI.
