I’ve lost my ticket / booking code. What should I do?

  • If you have lost a Homeprint ticket you can print it again via the link in the booking confirmation you received in an email or via Manage your bookings. Log in here with your booking code (7-letter code in the confirmation email) and the email address you used when you made the booking.
  • If you have lost a mobile ticket you can import it again in the NS International App, via the link in the booking confirmation you received in an email.
  • If you have lost a paper ticket you will have to make a new booking.
  • if you have lost your booking code (7-letter file name), contact Customer Service on +31 30 2300023.
