What is TGV / ICE France ⇔ Germany

Cross-border train services between France and Germany are maintained by high-speed trains (TGVs and ICEs) operated by Alleo, a partnership of German and French railway companies.
Please note: the TGV Paris ⇔ Freiburg (Breisgau) Hbf is not an Alleo train.
