You can book a group of up to 9 passengers on NSInternational.com, at a NSI Service desk, with NSI Customer Service on 030-2300023 or your NSI Travel Agent.
If you are unable to book 9 passengers at once for your destination, you can make multiple bookings. In that case, however, in cannot be guaranteed that you are booked in the same coach. The train of your choice is probably already very full and there is no room for the whole group in the same coach.
ICE to Germany from 10 passengers or more
If you are travelling with a group of 10 passengers or more, you can book your trip at the Group Travel department. To do this, complete the online request form.
ICE beyond Germany
If you are travelling to a different destination beyond Germany, you can book up to 5 passengers at the same time on NSInternational.com.
If you travel with more than 5 passengers to a destination beyond Germany, you can make multiple bookings. But it cannot be guaranteed that the different groups are booked in the same coach.
Depending on the destination, a group of minimum 6 passengers can be booked at the Group Travel Department for Euronight Czech Republic/Hungary and a group of minimum of 10 persons for ÖBB Nightjet and Italian international day trains.
For 10 persons or more, you can book at the Group Travel department for all destinations.
Fares
Fares depend on destination and availability.
The conditions for cancelling or changing differ per rate.
Children under the age of 6 travel for free, without a ticket and without a seat reservation. If desired, you can book a seat reservation for the child (€ 5.20 per single journey in 2nd class, € 6.50 per single journey in 1st class).
What next
Book a group travel as early as possible. The earlier you book, the greater the chance that there is still enough space for the whole group and that there are economical tickets.
