You can book a group of up to 9 passengers on NSInternational.com or at NSI Customer Service on 030-2300023.
If you are unable to book 9 passengers at once for your destination, you can make multiple bookings. In that case, however, you have no guarantee that you will be sitting together. The train of your choice is probably already very full and there is no room for the whole group in the same carriage.
ICE to Germany from 10 passengers or more
If you are traveling with a group of 10 passengers or more, you can book your trip at the Group Travel department. To do this, complete the online request form.
ICE beyond Germany
If you are traveling with a group on ICE to Basel or to another destination beyond Germany, you can book up to 5 passengers at the same time on NSInternational.com.
An exception to this is Basel Bad Bf, for which you can book a group of up to 9 passengers.
If you travel with more than passengers, you can make a second ( and possibly third) booking. It cannot be guaranteed that the different groups will be together.
Depending on the destination, a group of minimum 6 passengers can be booked at the Group Travel Department for Euronight Czech Republic/Hungary and a group of minimum of 10 persons for ÖBB Nightjet and Italian international day trains.
For 10 persons or more, you can book at the Group Travel department for all destinations.
Fares
Fares depend on destination and availability.
The conditions for canceling or changing differ per rate.
Children under the age of 6 travel for free, without a ticket and without a seat reservation. If desired, you can book a seat reservation for the child.
What next
Book a group travel as early as possible. The earlier you book, the greater the chance that there is still enough space for the whole group and that there are still economical tickets.
