Can I pass through the gates multiple times with the square barcode on my international ticket?
The square barcode on your international ticket enables you to open the gates for:
A possible return journey
Interrupting your journey
Entering or leaving a station, for example to get something from a luggage locker
If the gates no longer open after you have been through them multiple times, go to the information pillar and press the blue Info button. The member of staff you speak to will be happy to help you. You can also ask a member of the customer service personnel if there is one at the station.
