I have made a mistake when booking online. How can I fix it?

  • If you discover, after completing your booking, that you have made a mistake, contact NS International Customer Service on +31 30 - 2300023 (daily between 7.00 and 23.00 hrs) as soon as possible, but within an hour after you completed the booking.
  • Within one hour after you made the booking we will cancel your booking free of charge. You can then make a new booking online with the correct data. If you would like us to help you with the new booking, you pay a service fee of € 7.50 per person. If the same fare for the new tickets is no longer available, you will pay the new price.
  • When the hour after you have booked has expired, exchanging your ticket is only possible in accordance with the fare conditions of the ticket you have booked. Be sure to check the confirmation email that is sent to you directly upon receipt.
