I have made a mistake when booking online. How can I fix it?
If you discover, after completing your booking, that you have made a mistake, contact NS International Customer Service on +31 30 - 2300023 (daily between 7.00 and 23.00 hrs) as soon as possible, but within an hour after you completed the booking.
We will make a new booking for you without charging the exchanging fee. If the same fare is still available, there are no extra costs involved. It is however possible that the fare you just booked is sold out. In that case you will have to pay the price difference between the old and the new ticket.
When the hour after you have booked has expired, exchanging your ticket is only possible in accordance with the fare conditions of the ticket you have booked. Be sure to check the confirmation email that is sent to you directly upon receipt.
