How do I recognise phishing mails?

  • Sometimes there are circulating emails that appear to be from NS International but are actually fake. Although these emails sometimes have a very similar layout and content as real NS International emails, they are not from us. These so-called phishing emails are designed to collect personal data by, for example, getting you to click on a link. If you click the link, fraudsters may gain access to your personal data.

  • You can recognize a phishingmail as follows:
    • The sender's address is not an NS International email address.
    • The link in the email doesn't connect to the NSInternational.nl website.
    • The heading is incorrect and the email contains spelling errors.
    • The offer is just too good to be true.
  • There is an overview of current offers from NS International.

  • Have you received an email that seems like phishing?
    • Please send the email as an attachment to valse.email@ns.nl. This way, we can take action against phishing.
