The gate with the barcode reader does not work. What should I do?
If you can see another gate with a barcode reader, use that one instead.
If there is a member of staff at the station, ask this person for help.
If you can't see any other gates with a barcode reader and if there is no one to help you, go to the information pillar next to the gates and push the blue Info button. A member of staff will be happy to help you open the gates.
