I have a ticket with a square barcode, but it is crumpled, Will the barcode still work?
The barcode readers are designed in such a way that they can also read crumpled tickets. You should normally still be able to open the gates with crumpled or slightly damaged tickets.
If this does not work, ask a member of the staff at the station.
If there is no memeber of staaf at the station, go to the information pillar next to the gates and push the blue button. The member of staff you speak to will be happy to help you.
