Enter the name of your departure station in the ‘from’ box and the name of your destination station in the ‘to’ box.
Select the age category. The default selection is adult.
Click on the ‘Select discount card’ option.
Click on the plus sign next to one or more of the options shown: NS, NMBS or Eurostar.
Tick the required discount and confirm it with ‘Save’.
Now click on ‘Search’.
Click on the required date in the calendar.
Select one of the schedules and fares shown.
Click on ‘Continue with one way’ or Choose a return trip’.
Check your journey and click on ‘Book now’.
Enter your contact details and click on ‘Proceed to payment details’.
Select a payment method, click on ‘Pay’ and you will be taken to the payment page of your bank or credit card provider.
Your journey will be booked as soon as the payment is completed and you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
You may find that the discount you selected is not included in your ticket price. There are various reasons why this may be the case.
