If you book tickets for TGV on NSInternational.com you can indicate whether you prefer a window seat or an aisle seat. In all cases this is a preference, not a guarantee.
For travel on ICE international you can state a preference for a seat by the window, on the aisle, in the Panorama Lounge, at a table for 4, in the quiet zone, in the family zone or in a compartment for small children. Here too, this is in all cases a preference, not a guarantee.
It is not possible to state a preference online for Intercity Berlin.
For Eurostar, it is not possible to state any seat preference.
You can state a specific seat preference when booking at the NS International desk in a Service office or via Customer Service on +31 30 2300023 (except for Eurostar). It is not possible to make a seat reservation that takes into account in which direction the train runs.
A € 7.50 booking fee per person is applied, with a maximum of € 22.50 per booking for three passengers or more.
