How long does it take before I get my money back when I cancel my ticket?
If you cancel your ticket at NSInternational.nl or with Customer Service before your train departs, it takes a maximum of 2 weeks for the amount to be paid back into your account.
If you applied for a refund through the Contact form after your journey, it can take up to 4 weeks to get your money back.
Please note: There is currently a backlog in the handling of refunds. As a result, it may take longer than usual before your money has been reimbursed.
