I paid earlier with iDEAL, and now I have to make an additional payment. Can I do this to the same account number?

  • If you made an earlier payment for your online booking with iDEAL and now have to make an additional payment after making a change by telephone, you cannot do this to the same account number.
    • This is because when you make a payment with iDEAL the payment first goes to an account of a third party, Ingenico, which organises payments via our webshop. The account number you see on your bank statement is therefore not that of NS International.
    • When you booked by phone with NS International Customer service the payment first goes to an account of a different third party (Buckaroo).
  • If you need to make an additional payment, you can do so by credit card.
