I paid earlier with iDEAL, and now I have to make an additional payment. Can I do this to the same account number?
If you made an earlier payment for your online booking with iDEAL and now have to make an additional payment after making a change by telephone, you cannot do this to the same account number.
This is because when you make a payment with iDEAL the payment first goes to an account of a third party, Ingenico, which organises payments via our webshop. The account number you see on your bank statement is therefore not that of NS International.
When you booked by phone with NS International Customer service the payment first goes to an account of a different third party (Buckaroo).
If you need to make an additional payment, you can do so by credit card.
