How can I book an international journey with my NS-Business Card?

  • On the NSInternational.com website click on Log in and select My NS Business. After you have logged in as Cardholder, you will enter the NS-Business Card International online booking environment: here you can review or book your journey. The costs will appear on your employer’s invoice.
    • If, after you have logged in, the International train tickets option is not there, your employer has not granted permission to book international journeys with your NS-Business Card.
  • You can also book the journey with your NS-Business Card with NS International Customer Service on +31 30 - 2300023. Please note that Customer Service charges a booking fee. The booking fee for tickets to almost any station in Belgium and to popular destinations in Luxembourg and Germany (without reservation or for a specific train) is € 1 per person, with a maximum of € 3 per booking for three passengers or more. For other international train tickets you will pay € 7.50 per person, with a maximum of € 22.50 per booking for three passengers or more. There is no booking fee for destinations that are not available online, when the number of passengers on the outbound and return journey is different or when passengers board or leave the train at different stations.
