How can I book an international journey with my NS-Business Card?
Log in to Mijn NS Zakelijk and in Our products select International train tickets. This takes you to the NS International booking page, where you can book your international ticket. The costs will appear on your employer’s invoice. If the International train tickets option is not there, your employer has not granted permission to book international journeys with your NS-Business Card.
You can also book the journey with your NS-Business Card with NS International Customer Service on +31 30 - 2300023 (daily from 7.00 to 23.00 hrs). Please take note that Customer Service charges a booking fee. The booking fee for tickets to almost every station in Belgium and to popular destinations in Luxembourg and Germany (without reservation or for a specific train) is € 1 per person, with a maximum of € 3 per booking for three passengers or more. For other international train tickets you will pay € 7.50 per person, with a maximum of € 22.50 per booking for three passengers or more. There is no booking fee for destinations that are not available online, when the number of passengers on the outbound and return journey are different or when passengers board or leave the train at different stations.
