I want to cancel the ticket that I bought through a travel agency. Can I do this on NSInternational.com?

  • No, you can only cancel your booking at the original point of sale. In your case at the travel agency where you bought your ticket..
  • Cancelling train tickets is only possible in case the fare's Terms and conditions allow you to do so.
    • Flexible fares do not have any or have less service fees than non-flexible fares. Non-flexible fares cannot be cancelled.
  • The terms and conditions for the booking you made can be found when you log into My NSI.
